The Yamaha DGX230 with features similar to the YPT line. The major difference between them is that the DGX is a 76 key model, where as the YPT are all 61 keys. The DGX230 is an upgrade from the DGX220 model and it has a few new features like extra voices and more songs in the song database. The DGX also has the portable grand feature that is standard on all Yamaha keyboards. Its a great feature that gives the ability to switch immediately to Grand Piano voice at the press of a button.
Features
The DGX has Graded Soft Touch action, which means you can control the sound and expression of your music. The DGX comes with the Yamaha Education Suite, which is great for beginners who are just starting to learn piano.
